RETURNS - No merchandise may be returned without Relevant Solutions’ written authorization. A minimum handling fee of 20% (net) or $100.00, whichever is greater, will be charged on authorized returns. Returns for credit must be requested within 30 days of original shipment and be in condition for resale, in original cartons, properly packaged; freight to Relevant Solutions paid by purchaser. If any component of the returned product is missing or deemed to not be in new condition, Relevant Solutions may, at its sole and absolute discretion, reject some or all of the return or choose to impose additional charges. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned via freight collect. Return authorizations are void if material is not received by Relevant Solutions within 30 days of issuance. CLAIMS - Relevant Solutions is not responsible for damage during shipment or storage; therefore purchaser should, before accepting merchandise from the carrier, inspect all items and note any loss or damage on the delivery receipt. If loss or damage has occurred, file claim with the carrier per carrier’s instructions. Failure to make a claim in this manner shall constitute acceptance of the merchandise and a waiver of any defects, errors or shortages. Neither the filing of a claim with the carrier, nor the subsequent investigation and resolution, affects the invoice amount or due date.

WARRANTY - Tangible products manufactured by original manufacturer are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material. Relevant Solutions' sole obligation under this warranty is to provide repair or replacement parts without charge to remedy any defects which appear within the warranty period as stated on the product data sheet. Any claim under this warranty must be in writing, received by Relevant Solutions within 30 days prior to the end of the warranty period or within 30 days after discovery of the defect, whichever occurs first. The warranty is contingent upon proper use of the products and will be void in the event of unauthorized repair or disassembly, or any modification other than normal modification described in Relevant Solutions' and/or original manufacturer’s guidelines and specifications. The warranty shall be void should adjustment, repair, or replacement be required because of accident; unusual physical, electrical, or electromagnetic stress; lightning strike; neglect; misuse; failure of electrical power, environmental air conditioning, humidity control, transportation, or operation with media not furnished by or maintained in accordance with Relevant Solutions and/or original manufacturer’s specifications, or any other causes resulting from other than ordinary use. Purchaser is responsible for the prompt return of any failed component during the expressed warranty period. Purchaser is also responsible for any freight charges required to return the failed component. Relevant Solutions' written return authorization must accompany the return shipment. Should Relevant Solutions determine a defect in the component, either the repair or replacement will be provided to the purchaser at no additional charge, freight allowed. Return authorizations are void if material is not received by Relevant Solutions within 30 days of issuance.

NON-WARRANTY REPAIRS - Before Relevant Solutions works on a product that is out of warranty, we will advise you of any charges. We will also need a purchase order before we proceed. If we do not hear from you within 7 working days of the quotation, your goods will be returned to you or discarded.

ADVANCE REPLACEMENTS - In the event of a warranty claim, customer may request that a replacement unit be provided while the presumed defective unit is returned for evaluation. If such a request is made, full payment in the form of a purchase order or credit card must be made prior to Relevant Solutions’ release of the replacement shipment. Full credit for the original unit will be issued upon (1) verification that the product is defective, (2) that the defect is covered by the warranty terms, and (3) that the unit cannot be economically repaired. If the unit is determined to be repairable by Relevant Solutions or the product manufacturer, it may be repaired and returned to customer at no cost and no credit shall be issued.
